This private school, located in Bellaire, Texas, wanted to create an uplifting environment for their students when adding a new gymnasium, library, and classrooms. Uplighting was utilized extensively throughout to give the feeling of brightness, while also giving even, good quality lighting for all tasks during the school day. Both uplighting and downlighting was integrated into the gym trusses in order to reach desired light levels for video cameras during athletic performances and other special events.
